My husband and I moved from Toronto to British Columbia to enjoy a change of lifestyle. We have lived in Summerland for several years and are now living in Vernon, and absolutely love it.

Here are my credentials:

-Certified Reflexologist – R.C.R.T. (Registered -Canadian Reflexology Therapist);

-Trained by and am a member of the International Reflexology Association (phases 1,2and 3)

-Have basic and advanced training in Cranio-Sacral Reflexology

-Nutritionist (Training in Toronto)

-Swedish Massage (Training at Kindred Spirits in Penticton)
